Why quit?
Quitting nicotine means freedom.
You get better health, less stress, and more money in your pocket.
It’s about taking back control.
Lots of young people tell us they’ve tried quitting before, but cravings, stress and triggers got in the way.
That’s totally normal and it doesn’t mean you failed. Perhaps you just needed help to find different tools.
Changing a habit takes time, and it needs support, too.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Take back control
Rather than focusing on ‘giving up’ nicotine, think about all the things you’ll be gaining:
- More headspace
- No longer being stuck in a cycle
- Better mental health and mood
- Better physical health
- No more bad breath
- Better skin
- Real calm (rather than the ‘fake’ calm that nicotine gives)
- More money in your pocket
In our survey, children and young people said they spend an average of £11 per week on nicotine products. That’s £560 a year!
